I have a few questions that would be extremely helpful if answered... ^^;;
First off; what time period, exactly, is this site set in? Is it... like... after the destruction of the Death Star, or is it just like "anything goes," wherein, for example, Darth Vader could essentially "meet" Anakin as another character/player? Someone brought this question to me before, which made me realize that I didn't actually know... ^^;
Secondly; I realize, upon completely finishing my character's profile and straightening things out in the character section... that I have Force Points. Twenty or so... Does this mean that my character is force sensitive? And if not... what happens to those force points? Would they affect my character at all?
And a third, added question... Is someone working on updating the stats system? It doesn't seem to be compatable with Proboards V4...
Thank you for your time, I'm sorry if I'm a bother with so many questions... ><;

Time period: after ROTJ Force points: somewhat like magic points in other games (MP). Just by having them, does not make you FS Stats system: I am working on it, yet unless I finish it before Weds (which is doubtful), it wont be finished for a while, due to I am starting school (go Non-Euclidian Geo ^_^)

Whoa whoa whoa, wait, hold up.... What exactly is "ROTJ"? And... if you have the force, but aren't trained to use it, wouldn't using it be bad? Like, I dunno... *wishes she weren't such a n00b* Please, explain this process further. @,x;;;;;;;;

ROTJ stands for Return of the Jedi, also the time line is after the last Star Wars movie.
*Wishes that Anakin didn't went over to the dark side*

My guess is thats it is about 50 of 60 years after return of the Jedi cause the new Jedi Academy is open, yet Luke Skywalker is still alive. But it could be even longer after cause Luke might be able to live as long as Yoda now O.O!

Can Luke live as long as Yoda? But isn't Luke only a human? I didn't know that humans lived that long

Well...He is a Jedi. I dont know if Yoda's old age comes from his race or his abilities. it would be easier to tell if we knew how old the other Jedi are, like Mace Windu.

The emperor is still alive, meaning the time period would have to be when the Emperor was cloned, but it would have to be before the Yuuzhan Vong invasion...

YEs, exactly! >.< no idea what you just said. lol. It's EU stuff from the books. The Emperor is cloned after ROTJ, and after that, the Yuuzhan Vong, who are invaders from another Galaxy that practically destroy the New Republic, attack. I was wondering, will the events of the Expanded Universe books take place in this RP, and the characters will interact with the plot? Example: SPOILER OF THE CLONED EMPEROR'S DEATH! Highlight to read: The cloned Emperor is killed in the birth ceremony of Anakin Solo, when his spirit lunges after the baby, in an attempt to take over his body. A Jedi Knight (that survived the Jedi Purge) intercepts his spirit, and sacrifices himself to finally kill the Emperor forever. Should our characters be there when this happens? Also, most should know that the Cloned Emperor turns Luke to the Dark Side, But Leia turns him back. Should this happen too? A lot of people haven't read the books.

I still need someone to do all the other skills for classes, those will use Force points but not force skills. Just normal people skills. And a updated weap list should be coming soon with min-max dmg, and what weapons each class starts with.

-I think a Force User should have a certain amount of FP (Force Points) at the begining of each battle. The higher your level, the more Force Points you have. A force move should cost a certain amount of FP. For Example: Push=10, etc... The Jedi, of course, has a Melee move, the lightsaber, that costs no points. -The same thing should work with non-force users. You have a certain amount of ammo, more ammo per level. Simple shots cost 1 ammo point, and more advanced ones, like Charged Shot, cost more. They could also have a melee move, like punch, that costs no ammo. Both classes would have a move to recharge their ammo/FP. Force User=Meditate Non-Force User= Reload -Each class would have special skills. -For each battle, the fighters would contact a special Moderator, the Battle Mod, to Moderate the battle. (The battle mod. should be a seperate account, not a player.) The Battle Mod would keep track of HP, FP, Ammo, etc... Just some ideas...

Well for now we'll have to use our imaginations since the stat system won't be around. Thats okay though! I think...
