The Jedi and Dark Jedi should have permission only status because if they aren't then every one who joins will want to be one. then there just wouldn't be much diversity and in the actual star wars universe only a select few are force sensitive.
So it only makes sense to make it permission only if it isn't already.

Yes, just like in SW Galaxies, there should be some sort of system to gain them.
Also, one should not start as a D or L jedi, they should have to be... 'seduced' persay hehe

There are also different types of jedi such as jedi consulars, jedi guardians. There are also prestige classes such as Sith marauder, Sith Assasin, Jedi watchmen, Jedi weapon master and the such. These could be (The first ones) classes and the second ones could be special sub-classes.

Jedi and Sith are special. They'll have to be requested and also there will be a limited number of them. The people who are a part of the faction will organize themselves in a manner they decide. The kinds are light jedi, dark jedi (neutral) and Sith.

Well, if you wanted to stay SW accurate, it would be more like this ^^;
Jedi Padawann: the pre-dark or light form of a Jedi, these are the 'jedi in training'. They are hated by the empire, and are thus hunted down. Those who survive, would go to the dark or light side, and thus choose their factional side.
Light Jedi: Light Jedi would be on the side of the Rebelion
Dark Jedi: A Jedi that is somewhat corrupt, yet not as dark as a sith. Dark Jedi's would most likely be on the side of the empire.
Sith: A more 'darker' and evil form of the Dark Jedi. Very few

The jedi temple is/was located on Corissant so that would be the logical place for the jedi. The Sith homeworld is definatley Korriban.

Yeah, Korriban should be another planet so both the Jedi and Sith have home worlds.
As for lightsabers
There should be a specific set of colors because, to stay SW accurate, there are only so many colors of crystals that grow in their special caves. But then again there is a vast range of color in the SW universe..., you guys/girls decide because I can go either way.

As for Lightsabers and Colors you should search for them or try and build them, you dont just get one. like it takes 3 real days to make one and 2 more days to find the crystals.
Such as styles you should master one style first ( single saber) then go on to 2 lightsabers or duel saber. I dont know how to keep that monaderd.

We still have to work all of that out, but as I said before, I NEED a good staff.

There should probably be places to gather lightsaber color crystals. For dual sabers and staff, only very skilled jedi can master them in the books and movies. It wouldn't be logical for a bunch of Level 1's running around with Saber Staffs.

I was thinking if they become level 15 they could learn to use 2 light sabers or some thing like that. A qucik question, If you are a Dark Jedi can you become a Light jedi or a sith?

In the movies there are only a few different lightsaber color crystals, like it was stated here some post before. Those are green, blue, purple, red and yellow right? or is it only green, blue, red and purple? I don't remember seeing a yellow lightsaber in the movies...
In the KotOR II game there are several more colors. Viridian (a sort of light greenish), orange, silver, bronze (don't think it's called that but it's a bronze color anyway) and the standards (and yellow if you don't include that in the standard colors).
Here's my question. Can a Jedi have those colors too or can a Jedi just have the standards? I mean, wouldn't it be a bit boring with only green, blue, red and purple? A bit of variety can be greatly appreciated since blue and green are the most used colors out there.
